I disagree with the Idea that Hanaphy can have AK with the Kd because I highly doubt he ever checks that on the river, as very few people would, especially not amateur players. We see an attempt to get value out of the other diamonds, and if he's the type of player who doesn't three-bet AJo then he doesn't have the Jd because he doesn't bet JJ on the turn, so this is likely the top of his range. I also think if you look at Carr he's got some pretty classic tells, and Hanaphy is clearly looking at him and asking questions looking for a reaction during his tank.

If Hanaphy, with such a shallow stack, had a decent diamond in his hand, is he ever checking the river? I feel like he's all in in that spot (he's not checking the river with AK with Kd). So, the fact that he checks usually means he didn't like that diamond. I think that's a big reason why Alancar bet there.

People love to bluff this spot, one time on a similar board someone turned a set of KK into a bluff (just why though).
